Scaravelli Yoga Groups & One-to-One Classes with Lucy Barnes
Scaravelli Yoga is simple and gentle, working with the fundamentals of the breath, gravity and release of the spine. Using these fundamentals it works from the ground up, observing our contact with the ground as a foundation stone for everything else we do higher up. It works quite naturally with the body’s own structure and function, releasing us from stiffnesses and habitual patterns of tension. It is a friendly group. We laugh as well!
