Humanistic Psychotherapy and Counseling with Izzy Pope
I am a humanistic psychotherapist. I see clients as individuals and work with them to explore their own unique experiences and, by doing so, support them in gaining greater self awareness in order to live in a more satisfying way.
I provide a non-judgemental, non-directive, confidential approach and support clients in the exploration of their internal life. I am warm, empathetic, clear and considered.
I provide a safe and held environment that allows clients to examine and address whatever they might choose to work on.
I believe humanistic psychotherapy offers a truly rounded approach to the therapeutic process and in turn enables individuals to address the issues that most affect their lives. I engage and work with clients at a pace that suits their individual needs in order to examine the aspects of their lives that most impact their greater well-being.
